He is survived by: his mother Jacqueline Noy (Carleton); his children, Vanessa, Mikhail and Brielle; his siblings, Johanna Hislop (Aaron), Carole Morey, Mariah Noy, Jonathan Noy, Benjamin Noy, Ava Noy and Lynae Noy; his grandmother Ana Carleton; and his nieces and nephews, Bode, Courtney, Alessandra and Jake.
