With solemn reverence, we commemorate Virginia Ritari (Verndale, Minnesota), whose life came to an end on February 24, 2025 at the age of 99, leaving behind cherished memories. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Sharp and Esther Sharp (Thomas); her former husband Stanley South; her husband Clarence Ritari; her grandmother Virginia; her siblings, Beaulah Hamm, Laville Taylor, EvaFern Terry, Dorothy Wegscheid, Charles, Walter and Bernard Sharp; her sister-in-law Jean Sharp; and her sons-in-law, Ronald Young and Eugene Schultz.
She is survived by: her children, Alvina Young of Bloomington, Sharon Schultz of Hewitt, Sandra Johnson (Duane Spicer) of Atwater, Betty Young (Robert) of Eden Prairie, Rodney South (Madalyn) of Eagan and Ritchie South of Bloomington; her brother Larry Sharp; and her friend Judy Schultz. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Verndale Community Church (213 Farwell St, Verndale, MN 56481). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
