He is survived by: his wife Geralyn Forcier; his daughter Sarah; his grandchild Blake Mikkola; his brothers, John Butler (Elizabeth) of Clarissa and Patrick Butler of Menahga; his pet Bella; and also, David Waln, Eric, Tylor, Zachery Waln, Charlene Orlando (Mike) of Verndale, Ethan and Craig Orlando.
