He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Richter and Margaret Richter (Hopp); and his siblings, Raymond (Sophie), Robert (Betty), Edmund (Lorraine), James (Virginia), Donald (Margaret), Arnold, Eleanor Roggenkamp (Louie), Mary Lehmkuhl (Herbert), Jane Weber (Ervin), Veronica Behmen (Warren) and Sophie Roser (Robert).
He is survived by: his wife Judy Hahn of Frederick's Catholic Church; his children, Michelle Hughes, Brian (Michelle), Brenda Schwartz (Larry), Wendy Hardy (Chris), Otsego, Melissa Evans (David), Christy Evans (Dean), Lisa Meyers (Bert), Fargo, Matthew Wadena (Jackie Lilleodden) and Joshua (Kylie) of Eau Claire, WI; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Richter. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
