She was predeceased by: her parents, John Baker and Margaret Baker (Klumper); her siblings, Ken, Gary and Linda; and her sister-in-law Jennifer Baker.
She is survived by: her former husband Don Bartels; her husband Joseph "Joe" Schmitz; her sons, Bryan Bartels and Doug Bartels (Janet); her stepsons, Doug Schmitz (Sue) and Andrew Schmitz (Anne); her grandchildren, Samantha, Zachery, Joshua, Jonathan, Jared, Jacob and Jackson; her great grandchildren, Adison, Autumn, Austin, Peyton, Keegan, Ashlynn and Daniel; her stepgrandchildren, Zachary, April and Austin; and her siblings, Sharon Mager (Gary) and Marlyn Baker.
