He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hackler and Edna Hackler (Killmer); and his siblings, Ralph, Lloyd and Verle.
He is survived by: his wife Mardell May Weinand of Wadena; his children, Loran (Deb), Larry (Jodi) and Lyle (Lisa); his niece Pam; his daughters, Arlene Rogge (Jerry) and Pam Boldt (Jeff); his sisters-in-law, Mildred Hackler, Merney Ankrom, LaDess Turner and LaDonna Bennett; and his grandsons, Daniel Rogge, Jeff Ross, Aaron Felt, Ben Hess, Josh Kern, Tim Kern, Matt Denny, Travis Schenk and Luke Anderson. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
