He was predeceased by: his parents, William Osterman and Blanche Osterman (Reichert); and his siblings, Clinton, Mike (Sylvia), Roberta Graham, Patricia Osterman and Sandy Armstead (Gary).
He is survived by: his friend Danny Kuehn; his wife Helen Dahl; his children, Diona Osterman-Api, Danyell Towberman (Dan), William Osterman, Angi Helsper (Dave), Geoffrey Osterman, Raychel Krumm (Mike) and Eliza Robertson (Andrew); and his siblings, Paulette Davis (Jack), Maggie Peacock, Jeff (Suzie), Sid, Brett (Becky) and Laurie Osterman. He is also survived by grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
