It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delores Eckre of Vergas, Minnesota, who passed away on February 25, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Erickson and Mable Erickson (Urbach); her husband Gordon Eckre; her son Gail Eckre; her brothers, Kenneth and Gary Erickson; and her siblings-in-law, Edwin Munson, Tina Kratzke (Rudolph), Olga Johnson (Andreen), Elsie Kratzke (Fred) and Glene Kratzke (Butch).
She is survived by: her children, Diane Nichols (Wayne) of Moorhead, MN, Larry Eckre of Detroit Lakes, MN, Karen Aho (John) of Wolf Lake, MN and Janine Trappe of Vergas, MN; her grandchildren, Bryn Nichols, Aron Nichols, Traci Sethre (Paul), Lisa Turcotte (Chuck), Amanda Aschnewitz (Jerron), Darin Eckre, Logan Aho (Natile Steffl), Dana Eckre (Jackie Lucca), Josie Samson (Steve) and Emily Trappe (Shane Gruber); her great grandchildren, Anna, Jenny, Ben, Elise, Nicole, Samantha, Rylee, Mollie, Payton, MaKayla, Chandler, Parker, Ella, Eric, Madison, MacKenzie, Howard, Olivia, Avalynn, Brody, Reese and Chase; her great great grandchildren, Bentley, Kilee and Elianna; and her sisters, Corinne Munson of Long Prairie, MN and Bonnie Brown (David) of Goodridge, MN. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
