He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Zasada and Julia Zasada; and his former wife Virginia McGough. He is survived by: his siblings, Frank Jr., Henry, Thaddeus (Ted), Robert, John, Marion Ellefson and Irene Kroening; his son Richard Jr. (Virginia); his grandsons, Richard (Angel), Anthony (Renee) and Dominic (Lauren); his great grandchildren, Tiana, Alyvia, Elaina, Natalie, Jackson and Jacob; his cousin Jolanta (Leszek Miroslawski); his friend Lorraine Strobel; his niece Ginger (Tom Kolasa); and his wife Renee.
During COVID and the restrictions imposed at health care facilities, we moved him into his grandson's Anthony's home.
