He was predeceased by: his parents, Constance Joan Nunn and Frederick William Maddeaux. He is survived by: his wife Jamie Oberski Maddeaux; his brother Terry Maddeaux; and his children, Elizabeth Gates, Scott Maddeaux and Ashley Sweren. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
