He is survived by: his wife Jody; his children, Cliff (Ashley), Levi (Merlita), Courtney Nelson (Jason) and Kent (Melissa); his grandsons, Blake, Brody, Blair, Lance, Shane and Breck; and his siblings, Cindy Ollom (Denny), Mark (Anna), Candy Barthe (Steve), Debbie Nickell (Brian), Drake (Donna) and Suzy O'Brien (Pat). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
