With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Theodore Rowe (Vadnais Heights, Minnesota), who passed away on May 9, 2023 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Jacqueline; and his daughter Sue Forster. He is survived by: his children, Steve, John, Ed, Bruce, David and Tracy. He is also survived by foster children, many grandchildren, and an abundance of great-grandchildren.
