He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence M. Cunningham and Mamie Watson Cunningham; his wife Loretta Ann Cunningham (Fraas); his children, David and Mary; and his siblings, LeRoy, Laura Carlson, Amanda Nadeau, Marcella Schenk, Ruth Johnson and Dorothy Lindholm.
He is survived by: his children, John (Kim), Colleen Ketcham, Jeffery (Debra), Roger, Joanne, Christopher (Anita) and Rebecca (Mike). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
