He was predeceased by: his father Edward Mundt. He is survived by: his mother Lucile Dvorak; his siblings, Edward Mundt Jr. (Deloris) and Linda Costa (Ken); his children, Patrick Taft (Gina) and Christine Fountaine (Kevin); his wife Joanne Hemann-Mundt; his former wives, Deb Dixon and Wanda Mundt; and his children, Aaron Mundt (Sheila), Chad Mundt and Nici Dorner (Derek). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many other friends and family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Alzheimer's Association.
