She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Young and Betty Young (Olson); her brother John Young of Minnetonka; and her pets, Lady and Sophie.
She is survived by: her daughter Heather Nierman (Scott); her granddaughter Sabrina Thompson (Ian Holmes); her stepgranddaughter Storme Nierman (Matt Felmlee); and her sister Kathleen Walton of Michigan. She is also survived by nephews, a niece, and cousins.
