She was predeceased by: her parents, David E. Nelson and Malinda Nelson; her brother Gerald D. Nelson; her daughter Terry; and her son-in-law Jeff Johnson.
She is survived by: her husband John Gerlach; and her children, Rose (Paul Lundequam), Susan (Dan Swanson) and John D. Gerlach.
