He is survived by: his parents, Bill Phillips and Dicie Duckworth; his wife Cindy Phillips; his children, Jennifer Merritt, Jeremy Phillips, Natalie Mann (Chris), Hannah Phillips (Erin) and Lauren Phillips (Josh); his brother Jesse Phillips (Tonya); and his grandchildren, Keagan, Addison, Emmitt, Ella, Ellie, Elliott, Calvin and Roman.
