He is survived by: his wife Terri Olivieri; and his sons, Mason (Melanie) of Valley City, ND, Josh (Jennifer) of Aurora, CO, Ryan (Claire) of Englewood, CO and Hathan (Roberta) of Oakville, WA.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
