He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Burtness and Mildred Burtness (Evanson); and also Shelly Burdick. He is survived by: his pet Theodore.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Stuart's memory to the Ulen Rescue Squad or the Ulen Senior Center.
