He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, George "Pete" Jr. (Maddie Boyer) of Milaca, MN, Donald (Renee) of Elk River, MN, Robbie Lewis (Henry) of Minnetonka, MN, Debra Salo of Otsego, MN, Judy Green (John) of Ulen and Becky Barnes of Hawley, MN; and his brother Gary Wells (Gail) of Hinkley, MN. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.
