She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Helgeson and Louella Helgeson (Rialson); her great-grandparents, Ole and Ingeborg Helgeson; her grandparents, Ole and Clara Helgeson; her husband Jim Kerr; her son Michael; her sisters, Arlene and Marlene; her brothers-in-law, Jay Fillmore, Warren Kerr, Duane Kerr, Hugh Kerr, George Kerr, Walter Kerr and Albert Kerr; her nephew Paul Fillmore; her niece Sharon Hennen; and her great-nephew Matthew Pecha.
She is survived by: her daughter Diane Burns (Tony) of Sioux Falls; her sisters, Janice Fillmore of St. Anthony and Eunice Helgeson (Paul Escen) of Minneapolis, Minnesota; and her siblings-in-law, Bernie Pecha of Blaine, Minnesota, Barb Kerr of Marshall, Helen Kerr of Cornville, Margaret Mitchell of Canby and Beverly Kerr of Brandon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; several great-nieces and great-nephews; numerous cousins; and many wonderful friends.
They participated in many church activities and donated food and helped for church functions.
