She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Holtze and Myrtle Holtze (Heim); her husband John Lorin Sutherland of Lake Crystal; her sister Carol Holtze; and her siblings-in-law, Jean Herbst and Charles Herbst.
She is survived by: her sons, Jim Sutherland of Courtland and Tom Sutherland (Linda) of Lake Benton, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Megan, Michael, John and Gary Sutherland; and her great grandchild Justine Rae Welsch.
