She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Johnson and Louis Johnson; her husband Robert Gifford; her son Gary Gifford; her grandchildren, Sandy Gifford, Dustin Gifford, Kyle Lehnhoff and John Mark Lehnhoff; and her siblings, Louis Johnson and Georgia Krieg.
She is survived by: her children, Bill, Willard Gifford (Betty) of Russell, Ruth Lehnhoff (Dave) of Balaton, David Gifford (Becky) of Marshall, Gale Gifford (Judy) of Deming, NM and Kent Gifford (Joleen) of Tyler; her grandchildren, Tonia Swan, Brandon Gifford, Traci Lehnhoff, Brian Gifford, Robbie Gifford, Bridget Story, Adam Gifford, Casey Olson and Justine Walker; and her sisters, Anna Mae Holm of Watertown, SD and Edna Oldenburg of Boise, ID. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Due to services being held outside, in lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Russell Cemetery Association, Grace First Parish Church, or any other Russell business or organization to help support her beloved community.
