In the sacred silence of farewell, Paul Melvin is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Paul Melvin's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor and Melvin; his sister Jeanine Patterson; and his stepson Bryan O'Geay. He is survived by: his wife Kay; his children, Michael Struve (Diedre) and Sheri Ganley (Frank); and his stepson Robert O'Geay (Maegan). He is also survived by grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and numerous cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Knife River Lutheran Church (158 Church Rd, Knife River, MN 55609). A memorial service was held on Monday, October 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
