She is survived by: her husband John Schaefer of Chicago; her stepsons, John (Cheryl) and Christopher Schaefer; her grandchildren, Brendan, Jonathan Schaefer and Lily Schaefer; her sister-in-law Sue Krisch; her niece Sandra Carpenter (Ryan); and her nephews, Michael Krisch (Karen) and Timothy Krisch.
