He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Aho and Fanny Aho (Koski); his wife Alene; his granddaughter Melessiah; and his sisters, Gladys, Irene and Dorothy.
He is survived by: his former wife Jane Aho; his children, Michael Aho, Andrew Aho (Lisa), Sara Lukkonen (Gordon) and JoAnne Emig (Corey); his stepson Richard Wainwright; and his sister Darlene Holte. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
