He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leroy Harner and Grace Harner (Danielson); his sister Marian Roberts; his wife Janis Lillian; his children, Joy Elson (Tom) of Nevada City, CA, Jay Harner, Jon Harner, Jill Turnquist (Jay) of Two Harbors, MN, Jean Block (Bill) of Flagstaff, AZ and Jennifer Harner of Duluth, MN.; his grandchildren, Jason Turnquist, Jade Ochoa, Kim Pollock, Amy Lincoln, Cooper Block and Bryce Block; his great grandchildren, Kai Ochoa and Lillian Lincoln; his brother William Harner of Titusville, FL.; and also, William and Robert.
