He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Underdale and Judy Underdale; and his daughter Amy Sue. He is survived by: his wife Marie Christensen; his sons, Joe (Kristine) and Kevin (Jenny); his granddaughters, Kaitlyn, Casey, Winter and Layla; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Christensen (Jeanne), Chuck Christensen and Sue Olson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
