He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Michaelson and Isabel Michaelson (Johnson); and his siblings, Ione Neinoord, Phyllis Thomas, Mervin, Donald and Earl Michaelson.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Swanson; his children, Rebecca Migliaccio (Gennaro), Julie Holdsworth (Tim) and Joel Michaelson (Serena); his grandchildren, Joseph, Dominic (Angie), Julia, Rosa, Vincent, Micah, Marie, Haddon Migliaccio, Jaden, Tamryn Holdsworth, Charles and Malachi Michaelson; and his siblings, Carroll Michaelson (Phyllis), Dorothy Edwards (Dale), Sharon Johnson (Jack) and Paul Michaelson (Gloria). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in Allen's memory can be made to Living Waters Fellowship, Missionary Fund.
