He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Bentley and Theadora Bentley (Thompson); his son Dale Bentley; and his sisters-in-law, Marlys Bentley (Eldo) and JoAnn Bentley (Curtis).
He is survived by: his former wife Marcella Sather of Ulen, MN; his cousin Pastor Ronald Otterson; his wife Marce; his children, Kris Bentley (Bob Gregerson) of Fargo, ND, Angela Wood (Nate) of Jordan, MN and Rick Bentley (Tina) of Dilworth, MN; his grandchildren, Ryan, Paige, Sam Haley (Kris), Carter, Madison, Levi (Angela) and Huntyr (Rick); his great grandchild Jaydn (Ryan); his siblings, Eldo Bentley, Curtis Bentley, Valley and Shirley Radtke (Eugene) of Moorhead, MN; and his friend Carrie Booth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
