Robert J. Tjon Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 5, 2021, at the age of 76, Robert J. Tjon of Twin Valley, Minnesota, born in Bottineau, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Telford Tjon and Evelyn Tjon (McGrath); his brothers, Tom, Jerry and Jimmy; his brother-in-law Sherman; his grandson Bobby; and his niece Annette.
He is survived by: his son Tim (Melissa); his wife Janice (Stortroen); his children, Collette Christoffers (Mike) and Travis (Kristie); his siblings, Jeanette (Roger) of Leeds, ND, Joanne (Roger) of Bismarck, ND and David (Gail) of Garrett, IN; and his siblings-in-law, Pat, Robin, Theresa, Eileen (George) of Buxton, ND and Larry of Climax, MN. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 1 great-grand child.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions in 2020, they were not able to have a public anniversary celebration but enjoyed a card shower and time with immediate family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Trinity Lutheran Cemetery fund in Twin Valley, MN.
