She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Nohr and Lillian Nohr (Stanhope); her in-laws, Milo and Verna Christensen; her children, Kim Houglum, Sheila Christensen and David Christensen; her brothers, Bob Nohr (Carma), Gerald Nohr (Jan) and Douglas Nohr; and her brothers-in-law, Mervin Larson, Dale Cariveau, Robert Awender, John Christensen and Dan Christensen.
She is survived by: her husband Merlin Christensen; her daughter Sherri Rupprecht (Dale); her daughter-in-law Nicki Christensen; her sisters, Betty Larson, Maxine Cariveau (Dale), Bonnie Awender, Karen Horn, Diane Strommen (Bob) and Gail (Duane); her siblings-in-law, Jim Christensen (Carol), Zimmie Christensen and Sandy Thompson; and her daughter Teri Shiplett. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
