He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Thompson and LaDonna Thompson (Hadland); his son Jeremy; and his sisters, Sonja and Cheryl.
He is survived by: his wife Dove Keezer; his children, Nakoya Keezer of White Earth and Verna Thompson (Robert); his brothers, Jim Thompson (Karen) and Jeff Thompson (Tiffany) of Mahnomen, MN; his close friend Melvin Maha; and his sibling Valley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
