He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Cindy, Tom, Chris and Jeremy; his children, Cindy Johnson (Dan), Tom (Maureen), Chris (Juanita) and Jeremy (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Chase, Samantha (Ryan), Cody, Jaden, Corey (Madison), Lundon and Stella; his great grandchild Eleanor; his siblings, Phyllis Skaurud (Clayton) and Mark (Gail); and his siblings-in-law, Phyllis Drake, Betty Lundon, Ron, Ellen Holtman, Mark and Joan Chisholm. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
