He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gray and Dorothy Gray (Nafziger); and his brothers, John "Jack" and David. He is survived by: his sibling Valley; his friend Mary Ann Dentz of Mahnomen, MN; his brother Don Gray of Fargo, ND; his nieces, Kathy Holman (Jon) and Kari Wegenast (Timothy); his nephew Bradley Gray (Sheila) of Mandan, ND; his great-nieces, Stephany Wegenast and Nicole Wymore (John); and also, Kobie Irwin and John Wymore.
He would recycle items for his family, friends, and himself just to earn money to give to charity.
