It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Violet Benoy of Truman, Minnesota, born in Erskine, Minnesota, who passed away on June 18, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Bensen and Peterson; her husband Walter H. Benoy; and her son Bruce Benoy. She is survived by: her son Sheldon Benoy (Shelley) of Truman; her daughter-in-law Wanda Benoy of Dixon, Illinois; her grandchildren, Eric, Cassandra, Stacia, Derek (Janee Roskop), Monica and Ashley (Jordan); her great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Madi, Ali, Carolena, Adara, Anton, Callia, Tayanna, Lucian, Tyson (Bella) and Tegan; her great great grandchild Abel; and her sister Delores Birkelo of Colorado Springs, CO. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
