It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vern Bass of Truman, Minnesota, who passed away on October 31, 2020, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley and Valeta Mae Bass (Koch); his parents-in-law, Lavern and Shirley M. Ries; and his brother-in-law Russell Pankonin.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Bass of Truman; his son Wesley Bass of Truman; and his siblings, Carol Pankonin of Lamberton, Marvin Bass of Bloomington, Kenneth Bass (Dawn) of Walnut Grove and Leo Bass (Marty) of Marshall. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic restrictions and guidelines, masks are required, and social distancing will be enforced Those wishing to attend remotely, may do so via a live-stream of the service on the funeral home website.
