He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerhardt Brummond and Lydia Brummond; his sisters, Jenny Odell and Audrey Glee; his son Gerald Brummond; and his parents-in-law, Siebert and Olivia Zinke.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Laris Brummond, Yolonda Geistfeld (Troy) and Tony Brummond (Gini); his grandchildren, Haley Schock (Garrett), Sam Geistfeld (Ciera), Hanna, Harley Geistfeld, Zach Brummond (Kayla) and Alexis Brummond; his great grandchildren, Hattie, Higgins Schock, Granger and Maeve Geistfeld; his brother Gilbert; his sister-in-law Edith Zinke; and his aunt Mary Breitbarth.
