She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustav "Gus" Urban and Helen Urban (Ulrich); her husband Harvey Belgard; and her brothers, Melvin (Marjorie), Hartwin (Kathryn) and Bernard (Wilma).
She is survived by: her children, Neal of St. James, Nancy Salic (Lawrence) of Truman, Ellen Borkenhagen of Truman, Elliot (Connie) of Truman and Susan Belgard of McKinney, TX; her close friend Bani Mueller; her sisters, Leona Chamberlain (Howard), Luella Doering (Harold), Verona Wilde (Lorvin) and Elvera Wegner (Elvin); and her daughter-in-law Debbie Belgard. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
