She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Matson and Lillian Matson (Tenhoff); her stepmother Lulu Kneeland Matson; her parents-in-law, Carl and Ella Brummond (Ritz); her brothers, Robert Matson (Margaret) and William Matson (Dorothy); and her siblings-in-law, Ernest Brummond, James Brummond, Laura Sheppard, Betty Nowak and Elaine Redmond.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Brummond; her children, Steph McFarland (Jason) and Jason Brummond (Amber); her grandchildren, Mackenzie Freeman (Lucas), Brian McFarland, Sophia Brummond and Henry Brummond; her great grandchildren, Lillian of Fairmont, Charlotte of Fairmont and Theodore Freeman of Fairmont; and her sister-in-law Roxy Brummond of Granada. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Truman Historical Association.
