She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Truhe and Naomi Truhe (Morgan); her husband Jack Jacobsen; her grandson Jeremy Jacobsen; her sister Corrine South; and her brothers-in-law, Harry Rotert and Jerald South.

She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Janssen (Dan) of Truman, MN, Lisa Izen (Tom) of Fairmont, MN, Amy Werner (Brad) of Truman, MN and Jenny Andrews (Scott) of Truman, MN; her grandchildren, Evan Lang (Alida), Mackenzie Schneider (John), Emily Labes (Calvin), Nikki Johnson (Luke), Josh Werner (Emily), Matthew Izen (Tiphanie), Bryce Andrews, Logan Werner (Melissa), Bryan Andrews (Danielle) and Michael Andrews (Sydney); her sisters, Rayoma Rotert and Linda Doran (Joe); her brother-in-law Tom Jacobsen (JoAnn); and her daughter Pia Muhlig (Torben). She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; 4 step grandchildren; 8 step great-grandchildren.

The family requests that memorials be directed to the Truman EMS and Fire Department.
