He is survived by: his wife Ursula Mueller; his children, Charline Owmby (Louis) of Kodak, TN, Frances Hawkins of Kodak, TN, Anita Garrett (Joe) of Braggs, OK and Charles Scott Jr.; his stepsons, Andy Graham (Robin) of Truman and Jeffery Graham of Charleston, SC; and his brother Benjamin Scott of Claremore, OK. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandsons.
