He was predeceased by: his wife Joan; his parents, Walter Peterson and Nettie Peterson; his brothers, Cliff and Les; his sisters-in-law, Nancy and Kathryn; and his nephew Karl Peterson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Anne Sheppard (Doug), Sherburn Barrett and Carol Barrett (Tom) of Chanhassen, MN; his granddaughter Jamie Larson (Robb); his great grandchildren, Lucas, Bailey and Sherburn; his grandson Kyle Sheppard; and his children, Eric and Finley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
