He is survived by: his spouse Carolina Lemke; his daughter Christina Eisenmenger (Tim) of Sherburn, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Josh Eisenmenger (Madison Holm) of Sherburn, Ashley Eisenmenger of Mankato and Brooke Eisenmenger of Granada, Minnesota; his great grandchild Jenna Eisenmenger of Sherburn, Minnesota; his brother Dennis Smith (Sally) of Fairmont, Minnesota; and his nephew Kenny Salisbury of Fairmont. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
