In loving memory of Joan M. Ellis of Trimont, Minnesota, who departed this world on April 14, 2025 at the age of 86. Joan leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Tuil and Marie Tuil (Johnson); her son Steven Ellis; her siblings, Donnie Tuil and Janet; and her former husband George Ellis.
She is survived by: her daughter Sharon (John Cola); her daughter-in-law Jennifer Ellis of Welcome, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Stephanie Ellis, Katelyn Ellis, Tony Cola and Michael Cola; her great grandchild Aria Cola; and her brother Norman Tuil of Trimont, Minnesota. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Waverly Lutheran Church (1333 220th St, Trimont, MN 56176).
