He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Faber and Lilla Faber (Huse); his parents-in-law, Vernon and Clara Allen; his wife Nina Faber; his son Darwin "Ralph" Faber; his siblings, Twyla Weber and Duane Faber; and his grandson Karson Janssen.
He is survived by: his sons, Donald Jr., Dennis, Donny Faber (Dawn) of Sherburn, Dan Faber (Denise) of Sherburn, Denny Faber (Pam) of Sherburn, David Faber (Dana) of Sherburn and Doug Faber (Bethany) of Fairmont, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Mandy Bosacker (Mark), Angie Pieri (Ryan), Stacy Garbers (Chief), Ryan Faber (Anna), Abby Butler (Geno), Dusty Faber (Jenna), Jeanna Faber, Nancy Collins (Mike), Amber Kettner (Levi), Mary Faber (Jess), Holden Faber and Hayley Sowieja (AJ); his great grandchildren, Jordan Bosacker, Grant, Elly, Ava Pieri, Braelyn, Braxton, Branton, Bryton, Britton Faber, Kaytlin Faber, Maddex, Rowan, Gannon Faber, Olivia, Lainey, Violet, Elise Garbers, Adley, Brantley Butler, Henry Schott Faber, Lincoln, Emersyn Kettner and Jae Sowieja; his great great grandchild Rudie Rene; his sisters, Delores Anderson of Marshall and Lila Weberg of Claremont, Minnesota; his sisters-in-law, Diane Faber of Fairmont, Claribel Erickson, Judie Connor of Marietta, GA, Linda Geistfeld of Truman and Birdella Allen of Trimont; and his grandchildren, Kyle Steffen, Caleb Hansen, Kennedy, Karter and Kooper Janssen. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
