He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lyzhoft and Marie Lyzhoft; his wife Janet Lyzhoft; his daughter Heidi; his son-in-law Leon Vanderlinde; and his siblings, Donald Lyzhoft and Donna Lyzhoft.
He is survived by: his sons, Rick Lyzhoft of New Germany and Paul Lyzhoft of Buffalo; his grandchildren, Lindsay Vanderlinde (Al Jongerius), Courtney Iverson (M. J.), Troy Vanderlinde, Joshua Lyzhoft, Jeremiah Lyzhoft, Ryan Lyzhoft and Brittney Lyzhoft; and his great grandchildren, Max Iverson and Blake Lyzhoft. He is also survived by nieces, nephews other relative and friends.
