She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Quam and Alice Quam; her siblings, Art Quam, Pervin Quam and Irene Quam; her sister-in-law Joyce Strandberg (Emil Strandberg); her nephews, Curtis Quam and Roger Drelleck; and also, Clarence Bjerklie and Josie Bjerklie.
She is survived by: her husband Orvis Bjerklie; her children, Darrell Bjerklie (Sheila) of Biwabik, MN and Elaine Florkowski (Mike) of Goshen, NY; her grandchildren, Dana Lindberg (Dan) of Duluth, MN, Denise Schleifer (Chris) of Cherry, MN, Dorie Tronnes (Andy) of Hibbing, MN, DeAnn Erickson (Issac) of Zim, MN, Devon Bjerklie (Anthony Warner) of Hibbing, MN, Jeff Florkowski (Rachel Quinn) of Jersey City, NJ, Michael Florkowski of Juneau, AK, Miranda Florkowski of Goshen, NY, Lisa Manson (Kevin) of Minneapolis, MN, Krysta Green (Michael) of St. Louis, MO, Ashley Gilbert (Brandon Lambe) of Duluth, MN, Bill Dannis of San Diego, CA and Amy Dannis of Phoenix, AZ; and her great grandchildren, Calvin Schleifer, Elliott Schleifer, Warren Schleifer, Davis Lindberg, Delaney Lindberg, Nora Tronnes, Ashton Bjerklie, Evan Manson and Eli Green. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many special friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Stroke Association or the Activity Center at Cornerstone in Buhl, MN.
