He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Urick and Lily Erdine Urick (Nordstrom). He is survived by: his wife Pat of Duluth; his sons, John and James; his grandchildren, Skyler, Jenna and Abigail; and his cousin Ken Danz. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
He was always willing to give a helping hand to anyone who needed it and quietly performed charity dentistry.
