He is survived by: his former wife Jeanne Thibado; his stepsons, Steven Nelson (Leann Barsness), Greg Nelson (Debra), Brian Nelson (Dana), Tac Coplin (Anjie) and Wade Coplin (Kara); his stepgrandchildren, Brianna Nelson (Amanda Rolling), Trevor Nelson (Allisen Keith), Tucker Nelson (Ashley), Bailee Gores (Cody), Booker, Jaley Coplin, Shelby, Jennie Nelson, Calvin and Aurora Coplin; his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Chase Tankersley and Charles Walkama; his sister-in-law Karon Nelson; his nephews, Paul and Eric Nelson; his former wife Jeanne Peterson; and his close friend Judi Anderson.
